• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits y288's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter where exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law. Where statutory consumer protections apply that cannot be contracted out of, those protections remain unaffected by these Terms.

• The account holder is under 21 years of age

• A valid self-exclusion request has been received relating to the account holder

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms by the player, any verified PKR balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, y288 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance, subject to applicable legal obligations.
